Med­i­ta­tion forms the basis for the Zen Lifestyle. We’ll show you how.

We’re into zazen (sit­ting med­i­ta­tion) in a big way, but with­out the bells, whis­tles, or hoops. Over the 8 videos, you’ll learn to sit com­fort­ably and prop­erly, how to do walk­ing med­i­ta­tion, how to deal with dis­trac­tions, and how to gain com­fort and ease as you sit.


Qi Gong is essen­tial for build­ing energy and flex­i­bil­ity for the Zen Lifestyle. Dar­bella teaches you what you need to do.

Qi Gong is counter-intuitive. Noth­ing much seems to be going on, and yet there is this sub­tle shift in the qual­ity of your energy, and in your abil­ity to move and use your body. Qi Gong is all about learn­ing to move with ease and flow.


Wayne demon­strates sim­ple yoga stretches, designed to increase your body flexibility.

The stretches to be easy to do — our gen­tle approach is not the “Shake it ’til you break it,” “No pain, no gain” phi­los­o­phy of Health Club Ama­zons.
The stretches open body, mind and spirit. Par­tic­i­pants are amazed at what hap­pens — parts that have been frozen for years thaw out!


Breath­ing??? Yup!!!

Learn­ing to breather prop­erly frees up an amaz­ing amount of energy. We teach you our favourite Breath­work pos­ture, mag­nify the effect with a pelvic tilt, and then show you how to re-direct the energy you develop — into focus, cre­ativ­ity, heart-driven voca­tion, and increased sex­ual energy and vitality.


Most peo­ple focus on where they want to be, or spend their days regret­ting what they did. We pre­fer the present moment.

We don’t teach Zen, per se. We teach what we call “self-responsible liv­ing.” Zen informs us, how­ever — as we demon­strate sim­plic­ity, direct­ness, and moment by moment aware­ness. You will learn to live in the “here-and-now,“not through our wis­dom (we have none!) but through the daily expe­ri­ence of sit­ting, stretch­ing, breath­ing, and Qi Gong.


The Body­Mind con­nec­tion is essen­tial for total well-being.

This series of videos helps you to inte­grate body, mind, and spirit. You’ll dis­cover the power of clear focus and inte­grated think­ing. We show you how to lis­ten with care­ful ears to every­thing going on inside of you, and then to learn to work from this place of wholeness.
